The sous vide function works exactly like my expensive immersion circulator, but this takes up way less counter space. I've done three roasts with the slow cook program and they've all come out fork-tender.

I’ve used the slow cook and pressure settings almost every day since it arrived, and the 6L size easily handles a whole chicken plus veg. The sauce thickening programme is the one I didn’t expect to use this much, but it’s genuinely turned stews into something restaurant-level.

Finally got the sous vide function to work last night and the chicken came out incredibly tender. Having 15 preset programmes makes it easy to just pick what I need and walk away.
