Ava M. ★★★★★

I’ve been using these for about a week now and the soft touch handle really does make a difference during longer prep sessions. The chef knife feels well-balanced for its size, and I appreciate that both came with secure blade covers for storage.

Nicholas ★★★★★

The blade covers are a thoughtful touch—I can toss them in a drawer without worrying about nicking anything. Both knives feel balanced and sharp enough for daily veg prep, and the santoku handles smaller tasks perfectly.

Lucy ★★★★★

The soft-touch handle really does make chopping feel more controlled, even when my hands are a bit greasy from prepping meat. The 15cm chef knife glides through onions with barely any resistance, and the blade cover snaps on tight for drawer storage.
