The balance on the 20cm chef knife is spot on, and the scissors have handled everything from chicken bones to herb stems without a single slip. My only surprise was how much lighter they feel than my old set, but that actually makes them easier to use for longer prep sessions.

Got these as a gift and the 20cm chef knife has been my go-to for everything from dicing onions to carving a roast. The blade keeps its edge way longer than my old set, and the scissors handled trimming chicken fat without any struggle.

The chef knife sliced through a ripe tomato without any squishing or tearing, which made my meal prep noticeably quicker. The scissors handled the herb stems and chicken fat cleanly too, exactly what I needed.
