The slow cook mode gave me the most fall-apart tender stew I've made in years, and having two pots means I can prep the next dish while the first one finishes. Set it before work and came home to dinner ready, which honestly feels like cheating.

The sauté function browned my onions perfectly before I added the rest for stew, and the 19 preset programmes make it incredibly easy to just set it and forget it.

I picked this up to replace my old stovetop pressure cooker, and the built-in sous vide mode is a real bonus I didn’t expect. It’s slightly bulkier than I’d like on the counter, but the two pots make it easy to cook sides and mains without juggling pans.
