The blade cover snaps on securely, so I can toss it in a drawer without worrying about nicking anything else. The soft-touch zone on the handle makes a real difference during longer prep sessions, and the 12cm size feels just right for everyday veggie chopping.

That blade cover clicks on so securely I don't worry about tossing it in a drawer anymore, and the knife itself feels perfectly balanced in my hand.
